EXPERIENCE


BeneCom personnel bring many years experience in the design, management and maintenance of computer systems. In particular, BeneCom senior management are former DP managers with over 50 years combined experience in the management of DP departments in distribution, manufacturing, marine, accounting and government environments.

These products include Hewlett Packard, 3COM, IBM, Fargo, CIM, NBS, Perle, Decision Data, Genicom, Printronix, Cisco, Citrix and many others. BeneCom is also a full service provider of computer consumables, including ribbons, laser accessories, and computer media. We are also an authorized dealer for Avaya telephone systems and CallWare voicemail software.

SERVICE


BeneCom prides itself in providing the finest maintenance from PCs to IBM AS/400s. A BeneCom customer engineer returns all service calls within 30 minutes, and is normally on site within 2-4 hours of a service call. We also randomly poll our clients with a Quality Service Questionnaire to grade us on all aspects of our service, from marketing to service and support. With a large technical staff, BeneCom has always met the high expectations set by our customers.
